The purpose of our Behavioral Health Integration Provider is to promote sound behavioral and mental health as an integral aspect of wellness for patients at Northern Nevada HOPES.  This position promotes behavioral and mental health as an important dimension of overall wellness. This is a Behavioral Health Integration Position. This position provides assessment, in-the-moment interventions, targeted brief therapy sessions, coping skills or referrals for additional services as a member of the Integrative Primary Care Team. For the same reason, current Behavioral Health patients/clients cannot be employed by HOPES. Accordingly, you hereby acknowledge and understand that if you are receiving services from a HOPES Behavioral Health provider at the time you are offered and accept employment with HOPES, you have the option of rescinding your acceptance of employment or finding a new behavioral health provider outside of HOPES before starting employment with HOPES. Completion of a Masters level program and licensure (eligibility) in the State of Nevada as a LCSW or LFMT required. Therapeutic experience within the clinical setting required.
