Description

Seeking Psychiatric Mid-level Practitioners (APRN or PA licensed in NV) to Help Us Grow!

The Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant specializing in mental health who provides high quality, patient-centered assessment and treatment of mental health and substance use disorders.

A Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician at HOPES functions as an integral part of the multidisciplinary treatment team within the Behavioral Health Department. Psychiatric APCs conduct biopsychosocial assessments, make diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and conduct medication management. They consult with other behavioral health providers, medical providers, support staff, and paraprofessionals to support HOPES’ whole-person, integrated approach to patient care. Psychiatric APCs report to the Chief Behavioral Health Officer and receive supervision from a HOPES Board Certified Psychiatrist, if required.
