Desktop Support Technician 

Description
  • Desktop Support for Windows 10 workstations
  • Image new computer hardware in preparation for deployment to end-user, install and update computer software.
  • Support key ( Artiva ) application which is our CRM
  • Support VOIP Phone system and Mitel Hard phones
  • Technical Phone support for End-User and Customers.
  • Collaborate and escalate within the IT team located in the North Andover Massachusetts office to determine and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring systems including, PRTG and more
  • Manage helpdesk ticketing system, provide regular updates to users. Manage requests to meet business SLA’s.
  • Some off hours and evening support required including rotating Saturday hours. Note: We are not a 24x7 operation.
 
Position Requirements
  • Strong focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent problem solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Able to build working relationships with coworkers within department. Able to speak and behave in a business manner with our end-users across all functional business areas, both local and remote.
  • Call center experience a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting VOIP environments in terms of troubleshooting network backbone components through to softphones desired.
  • 3-5 + years’ working within a desktop support environment
  • Solid understanding of Networking LAN/WAN
  • Hardware – Desktops, Laptops, Multifunctional Network Printers, VOIP phones
  • Software – Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office Products 2013-365, Microsoft Active Directory
