Tasks and Responsibilities:
Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions, and professionally interact with managers, clients, vendors, and patients while ensuring successful outcomes.
Ability to recognize and define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and correct errors.
Flexibility and the ability to be trained on multiple tasks is required.
Data entry, medical terminology, EHR, HIPAA, and Customer Service experience required.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of medical office experience and customer service experience
Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
Medical coding and/or billing knowledge is a plus.
