We have a full-time position available to provide outpatient therapy to individuals with both mental health and/or substance use disorder with an emphasis on both individual and group therapies. Qualified candidate must be willing to work with individuals of all ages. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, risk assessments, screening tools and treatment planning. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each patient. Employ various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in case conferences and team meetings. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient assessments, therapy sessions, and treatment plans. Provide support and resources to individuals facing challenges.   Position Requirements Master’s degree & LSW/LPC required.  Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions. Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans. Strong oral communication skills to counsel and advise patients. Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans. Coaching skills to help patients make positive changes. Organization skills to maintain up-to-date patient files.
