This person may monitor medication and supplies, distribute medications, ensure proper linkages to resources, schedule, provide patient education, and triage patients. The person in this position is responsible for following all infection control procedures. The person works within a team supporting the patient and other staff involved in the patient’s treatment. Schedule: Two 12 hours shifts, two 8-hour shifts; Thursday's off.       Position Requirements OH LPN or certified MA required.     Location Southeast, Inc.
