We are seeking a motivated press supervisor to join our every-growing team! Excellent opportunities with competitive wages for those willing to learn and work. * Pre-employment drug screening is required but does not include THC testing * Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the training of all operators in the following areas: (this list is not all inclusive) Safety (personal, equipment) Manufacturing procedures and processes Equipment operation (set-up and control) Extrusion principles Troubleshooting Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained properly Oversees and continuously monitors the overall operation of all equipment to ensure safe and efficient production Coordinates with previous shift supervisor on orders, problems, work schedules, and house keeping Ensure a quality product is produced Maintain documentation on all associates within the department As necessary, completes corrective action forms, disciplinary warning forms, absentee reports and any other documentation as required Abides by and enforces all safety policies and procedures Requirements High school diploma required and some college desired Knowledge of basic aluminum extrusion operations Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing Benefits Include: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Life Insurance 401K Matching Plan Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Prospective individuals are preferred to have experience in a manufacturing environment, prior aluminum extrusion is a plus. Must be able to potentially work weekends, and over-time as needed. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including varying temperatures, and noise.
