We are seeking a motivated General Foreman to join our every-growing team! Excellent opportunities with competitive wages for those willing to learn and work. * Pre-employment drug screening is required but does not include THC testing *   Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise/Coach/Train 15+ direct reports across multiple extrusion presses Responsible for extrusion KPI’s including Downtime/Efficiencies/Scrap/Product Returns. Ensure proper scheduling of material across presses Proactive approach to Quality, dimensional checks on hot samples, visual inspections on cosmetically critical profiles.   Requirements: 3+ years extrusion experience preferred Knowledge of aluminum standard tolerances Ability to read and understand die drawing tolerances Capable of using digital calipers, taper gauges, hand held websters to check tolerances Communicate effectively with employees and Department Managers   Benefits Include: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Life Insurance 401K Matching Plan Paid Holidays Paid Time Off   Prospective individuals are preferred to have experience in a manufacturing environment, prior aluminum extrusion is a plus.
