Essential Functions
· Must be able possess strong technical skills in all table games
· Must have excellent guest service and have the ability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Asset Protection/Gaming Compliance
· Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures
· Responsible for protecting all sensitive equipment, (Cards, dice, shoes, etc.)
· Responsible for ensuring maximum game protection
· Complete paperwork required for monetary transactions
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration
· Monitor game operations to ensure that house rules are followed, that state, and federal regulations are adhered to
· Responsible for compliance with all dealing procedures
· Ensure strict compliance
Critical Evaluation
· Must be able to work independently and unsupervised at times and make good decisions based on adherence to policies and procedures
· Must be able to pass yearly Title 31 certification and can effectively communicate with Compliance Department
· Able to remain open-minded to changes and new information daily
· Be knowledgeable about guest events, marketing promotions and services/amenities throughout the property
Team and Guest Service
· Provide excellent guest service to all casino guests and ensure same of all team members
· Deal effectively with guest problems/complaints
· Maintain entire Cage to ensure it is kept neat and clean always
· Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or necessary
· Provides excellent service to other team members and departments as needed
Table Games Knowledge
· Knowledge of all Table Games rules and regulations
· Tracks multiple players’ level and duration of play
· Must have a total understanding of procedure manual for games supervised
· Observe gamblers' behavior for signs of cheating, such as marking, switching, or counting cards, and notify security staff of suspected cheating
· Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting and paying bets
· Maintain familiarity with the games at a facility and with strategies or tricks used by cheaters at such games
· Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
