Position Summary The primary responsibility of a Maintenance Technician is to evaluate and execute all repairs to all equipment, and to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all facilities. Qualifications · Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing. · Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools. Physical Requirements Must be able to: Lift 50 lbs. Climb ladders with tool belt. Carry necessary tools and equipment up and down ladder to and from roof tops. Use power tools. Use a Drain Snake. Stand and walk for long periods of time. Bend and work underneath sinks and kitchen equipment. Carry necessary tools and hardware to job sight. Use Power washing machine. Achieve continued education.
