This person is responsible for diagnostic assessments, assessing counseling needs, developing individual service plans, provision of counseling and all required documentation.         Position Requirements Master’s degree and LSW/LPC required; LISW/LPCC preferred. We are a healthcare facility and as such we require that our new employees are fully vaccinated (both COVID and FLU).
