We are recruiting for a Full Time Medical Receptionist at the Buffalo location. This is an entry level position, and we are willing to train the right candidate. Job duties and responsibilities include- Answer client calls. Provide paperwork to clients upon arrival and assist them with completing as needed. Prepare client charts for the doctor. Ensure paperwork is in the correct client folder. Print out the schedule for the day, as well as the doctors schedule daily. Scan and email documents to various departments on a daily basis Make client appointment confirmation calls.
