Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.   Description We are recruiting for a Part Time Medical Receptionist at the Middletown location. This is an entry level position, and we are willing to train the right candidate. Hours are Tuesdays from 11.30am-8pm and Saturdays from 8am-4.30pm. Job duties and responsibilities include- Answer client calls. Provide paperwork to clients upon arrival and assist them with completing as needed. Prepare client charts for the doctor. Ensure paperwork is in the correct client folder. Print out the schedule for the day, as well as the doctors schedule daily. Scan and email documents to various departments on a daily basis Make client appointment confirmation calls. EDUCATION Required- High School, GED or equivalent Preferred- Medical secretarial or receptionist certification, bilingual in Spanish and English EXPERIENCE Preferred- Medical Receptionist experience in occupational health setting, Computer Experience Benefits- The IMA Group offers a fantastic benefits package.
