The Corradino Group seeks a highly motivated self-starter to join our team in Tennessee as a Roadway Design Engineer. Under direction of the senior manager, the candidate will be responsible for geometric design projects including, but not limited to TNDOT and municipalities.

Responsibilities
- Assists in development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Prepares technical reports, specifications, construction drawings, and environmental studies.
- Prepares design plans, including preliminary, ROW and construction, utilizing design software.
- Evaluates alternative designs.
- Serves as technical liaison with clients.
- Attends project meetings.
- Adheres to company standards for quality assurance and quality control
Requirements
Education: BSCE from an ABET accredited engineering program
Years of Experience: 3-7 years
Registration: Tennessee PE or able to obtain within 1 year of employment
Knowledgeable in DOT standards; specifications; design methods and plan preparation
Experience with Tennessee DOT projects preferred; Florida and/or Indiana DOT projects a plus
Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
Must possess strong verbal and communication skills
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Required Skills: Microstation; Geopak or Open Roads Designer; Microsoft Office
