Job duties: Oversee Work Orders from Customer Portal (tranfer to Sales Force) Dispatching monthly and daily work order requests to the appropriate team members Close out work orders with completed feedback for Accounting to invoice. Work in a team environment to help others learn how to work in Sales Force by training and answering questions.
