Work Location: 32360 N North Valley Parkway, Phoenix AZ 85085 (Do not apply onsitte) Work Schedule: Mon - Thurs 4:00pm - 2:30am (40 hours weekly) Pay Rate: 2nd Shift $17.25 Duties: General Janitorial and Custodian duties daily. Must have attention to detail and enjoy cleaning. Sweeping, Mopping, Buffing, Dusting, Vacuuming, Cleaning Drains, Descaling, Spot Removal, Restroom Cleaning, Stairs, Elevators, Windows, Doors/Hinges, Wiping, Emptying Garbage, Ability to Patrol Areas and Identify and Report Maintenance Issues, Additional Tasks as Assigned, etc.   Position Requirements Special Requirements: Must be able to pass Background checks Must be reliable and be punctual Must have reliable transportation Must pass a E-Verify   Qualifications: Lead Experience Ability to physically accomplish cleaning tasks A willingness to learn and collaborate A positive attitude and a desire to help A desire for a full-time position (40 hours/week)   Not Required, But Preferred: Previous cleaning experience   Shift Second   This position is currently accepting applications.
