Must have attention to detail and enjoy cleaning. Sweeping, Mopping, Buffing, Dusting, Vacuuming, Cleaning Drains, Descaling, Spot Removal, Windows, Doors/Hinges, Wiping, Emptying Garbage, Remove Buffing, Ability to Patrol Areas and Identify and Report Maintenance Issues, Additional Tasks as Assigned, etc.   Position Requirements Special Requirements: Must be able to pass Background checks. Must be reliable and be punctual. Must have reliable transportation. Must pass a E-Verify.   Qualifications: Ability to physically accomplish cleaning tasks. A willingness to learn and collaborate. A positive attitude and a desire to help.
