The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high quality janitorial services at different sites. Supervises teams and is responsible for delivering multiple preventative maintenance projects, and providing the Oranje team with accurate and timely data and reports on these activities. In addition, the Janitorial Supervisor provides leadership and direction on special projects and preventative janitorial maintenance issues. Significant and demonstrated successful supervision of a work crew is required to manage the janitors and coordinate the successful implementation of the cleaning schedules with the building Operations Manager. This position requires a high standard of accountability, ability to work in a team environment and to be energized by leading a team, attention to customer service, and a commitment to effective use of resources. Salary Range: $40k- $45k (Depending on experience) Schedule: Mon - Fri 6:00pm - 2:00am Complete training will be provided. REQUIREMENTS: -Must have AZ drivers license -Must have good driving record -Must be able to pass a background check -Must be able to pass drug test   Position Requirements Bilingual Written and Oral (English/Spanish) Must know Microsoft programs well SALESFORCE data entry a plus! Must show skills in effective time management, managing/setting appointments and projects for the General Manager and team , be punctual and have strong attendance, good communicator, assist in processing feedback, strong typing skills, can prioritize well, and enjoys to be a critical thinker and team player.   Shift Nights   This position is currently accepting applications.
