With the belief that all people have the capacity to grow and change, we provide our services to people of all ages, cultures, races, religious preferences, genders, and sexual orientations in order to enhance wellness and recovery, thereby improving families, workplaces, and communities.   Position Pharmacist   Description Are you a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager with a passion for working in an integrated healthcare setting?  We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate individual to lead our pharmacy team in our St. Clairsville, Ohio pharmacy where we provide comprehensive mental health and primary care services. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring accurate dispensing of medications and patient safety. Collaborate with mental health and primary care professionals to optimize medication therapy for patients. Provide counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions. Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy policies. Train and supervise pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Stay current on the latest medications and treatment protocols.   Pharmacy Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm   Position Requirements Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree. Valid pharmacist license in Ohio. Proven experience in a pharmacy management role, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting. Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment options. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
