ACTIA Corporation has been manufacturing quality vehicle electronics and diagnostic equipment for growing markets such as Off-Highway, Bus & Coach, Truck & Fleet, Marine and Specialty Vehicles for over 30 years. ACTIA Group is an international group based in Toulouse, France.

We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in Elkhart, IN. The Senior Account Manager maintains and grows relationships with important Customers and is responsible for achieving various account objectives. The Senior Account Manager leads the discussions in Customer account planning cycle and they will be accountable for making sure ACTIA meets the Customers' needs and expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Customer accounts

B. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including Quality, Purchasing, and Management, in order to meet account performance objectives and Customers' expectations

C. Pro-actively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and a three-year period.

D. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates the Customer needs on an ongoing basis.

E. Leads solution development efforts that best address Customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

F. Maintains high Customer satisfaction ratings that meet company objectives

G. Meets assigned expectations for profitability

H. Works closely with Account Specialists to ensure Customer satisfaction and problem resolution

I. Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization's policies and operations

J. OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree along with five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Good control of verbal and written English is essential.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Strong analytical skills required.

REASONING ABILITY:

Logical reasoning ability is essential.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

No particular physical demands are necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This Account Manager is a dynamic, self-starting individual with the ability to excite and instill confidence in Customers about ACTIA's technology. The Account Manager will have good presentation skills along with the ability to clearly express technical concepts. They possess a positive 'can-do' attitude. They are self-motivated, dependable, and prompt. They are flexible and willing to adapt to changing responsibilities and assignments. They are a good communicator and are personable. They are capable of working as a team player and they are ethical, honest and trustworthy. They are able to work and communicate at a detailed or a high level, as the situation requires.
