Description

Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects. Organizes public image campaigns and special events. Participates in creating brand awareness through advertising and social media. Arranges proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports. Prepares status reports on marketing efforts by communicating with appropriate business development director and manager.

  • Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Supports business development staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Position Requirements
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations.
  • Speak and read English
  • 2 to 4 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years’ experience
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
