As a leading therapy provider in the greater Chicagoland area and southern Wisconsin, we seek additional PRN coverage for the Alden Waterford Lakes independent living facility.
In this role, you can work within a beautiful Independent Living campus and provide Home Care or Outpatient therapy services to residents right where they live. We require recent Home Care experience, and while workdays and hours have some flexibility, you must be available during regular business hours.
Community Physical Therapy delivers rehabilitation services in skilled nursing facilities, memory care, assisted and Independent Living, and outpatient services. We currently have a staff of over 500 full-time, part-time, and PRN therapists who all share our passion and commitment to patient care.
