Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Floater
Locations Available: We are looking for a full-time ST Floater who will travel to all of our Alden homes. On the clock when traveling SNF to SNF.
Status: Full time Monday ~ Friday 40 hours week
Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is a leading provider in the greater Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin area. We are looking for Speech Language Pathologists for multiple locations of Alden Estates. Our board-certified therapists offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies in post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, in the home setting and at outpatient locations.

Job Responsibilities:
Adhere to the policies and procedures for the provision of therapy services in accordance with the goals of CPT and Facility
Maintain the standards for rehabilitation services
Perform administrative duties as necessary for day-to-day operations of the rehab department
Develop a good rapport with the patient, their family members and third-party payers, and any others involved in the total management of the patient
Qualifications:
Master's degree in communication disorders
Must meet the requirements for State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation or State of Wisconsin as it applies
Must possess the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) or actively completing the certification in clinical fellowship year (CFY)
