Education/Experience: Associates or Bachelors’ Degree, preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1+ years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Intermediate computer skills. Intermediate math skills. Experience in ERP Systems, CAD & Solidworks, preferred. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints (GD&T preferred), customer documents and specifications. Ability to communicate in written and oral form. Self-motivated and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and flexibility to shift priorities based on the organizations’ needs. Ability to work independently as well as with the team. Integrity, professionalism, discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. Physical Demands/Work Environment: This is a full-time position that operates in both a professional office and production environment. Use of computer, telephone and other office equipment throughout the day as needed to conduct business. Physical effort consists of frequent handling of light to average weight materials. Work performed requires constant alertness and activity, concentrated mental and visual attention required. |
