Position Requirements

What we are looking for…

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in direct operations of Global Managed Services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of infrastructure, database, networking, cloud, security, and Help Desk monitoring and management operations required.
  • Experience building and expanding the portfolio of offerings
  • Experience with optimizing the customers environment during each engagement.
  • Experience with complex application infrastructure implementation and project management desired.
  • Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality
  • Excellent presentation skills, both in leading meetings and presenting to groups
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within Advizex and customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to show / develop executive presence
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Job Responsibilities…

  • Managed Services Operations:
  • Lead the development of new offerings and on-going operations processes to support existing Managed Services offerings.
  • Work closely with Advizex Technology Solutions team to identify and bring new Managed Services offerings to market.
  • Management of delivery managers, offshore resources, contractors, and consultants through each client contract.
  • Oversee customer service, customer issue escalation, CSAT/NPS scores, setting expectations and expansion of Advizex business.
  • Maintain engagement gross profit and look for ways to improve profitability with optimizing the customers environments.
  • Lead the overall profitability of the infrastructure managed services business and provide year over year growth plans to meet the annual budgets.
  • New Business Development:
  • Possess the technical capability to articulate Advizex Solutions and drive the sales process.
  • Coordinate and/or perform presales activities required from opportunity identification through deal closure.
  • Drive the process for solution scoping and SOW creation.
  • Partnership Relations:
  • Establishing strong working relationships with both field and corporate Partner teams (sales, services and technologies).
  • Demand Generation: One-on-one marketing with sales teams, demand generation events, and joint marketing agreements.
  • Funnel Management: Maintain the accuracy of SF.COM and Managed Services business forecasts.
