This includes hands on reporting and analysis of P&L’s, business unit trends, profitability, forecasting, and so on. The right candidate will have the experience and self-sufficiency to help lead business strategies and improvements.   Duties: Financial Reporting & Analysis for an IT Services business unit Revenue and utilization forecasting / reporting Monthly P&L’s Quarterly Reviews & Analysis Project level accounting Budgeting Lead Services business unit through Service Systems & Operations processes and requirements Example:  maintain and train others on system / accounting requirements for contract setup Help guide Advizex through GAAP adherence and related organizational development Lead customization and integration system enhancements Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Services business unit, help drive continuous improvements Assist in creating reporting and pricing templates Manage others on our Service Operations team Reports to VP, Service Operations       Position Requirements Qualifications: Expert level Excel skills Solid accounting background, adherence to GAAP, and contract revenue recognition Experience with NetSuite, Open Air required Strong math and analytical skills 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis Experience with Service Now, SalesForce a plus Understanding of IT Services business Four-year accounting degree preferred An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer –M/F/Disabled/Vet   Location Independence   Req Number OPE-24-00001   This position is currently accepting applications.
