Description

As a Program Director for Advizex, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the program providing our clients with a procurement management solution. Your primary responsibilities will involve oversight of customer contracts throughout their lifecycle at all stages of the program. You will work closely with various stakeholders to maximize profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction through effective program management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Oversight: Manage and maintain process for the overall program. Supervise the flow of opportunities throughout the program, including assigning workloads, resolving issues, and being the point of escalation.

  • Client Management: Act as the customer main point of contact for the solution. Engage with client on specific opportunities, escalations, and manage quarterly business reviews.

  • Vendor Relationships: Foster positive relationships with vendors, addressing concerns or disputes promptly and professionally.

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead others in and support negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and conditions with OEMs on behalf of our client, ensuring that agreements meet the company's interests while fostering positive business relationships.

  • Contract Administration: Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, from initiation and execution to ongoing monitoring and contract closeout, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Establish and maintain a system for monitoring and ensuring compliance with contract terms, including deadlines, deliverables, and performance metrics.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all contracts, amendments, and correspondence to ensure accurate documentation and easy retrieval of information.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract management procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Prior success in operational leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in contract management or a related role within the technical reselling industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and manage risks effectively.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
