Works as part of a team providing group and rehabilitation counseling and service coordination to promote recovery of consumers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Display commitment to the goals of Partners In Recovery Program and its responsiveness to the needs of consumers. Facilitate groups & activities that address the social, vocational, financial, & skill learning needs of the consumers. Participate in treatment planning & review representing the needs & goals of the consumer as presented during Partial Care Services. Maintain accurate & current documentation of the consumer's participation & services provided in the Partial Care Program. Participate in staff meetings and training opportunities. Perform other duties as may be deemed necessary & appropriate by the Program Supervisor & Director.   Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human behavioral science, such as social work, psychology, sociology, guidance and counseling or child development. Related experience preferred.
