Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Rockford, IL Status: Full-time (30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, extremely flexible)
Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is a leading physical, occupational, and speech therapy provider in the greater Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin area. We offer rehabilitation services in skilled nursing facilities, memory care, assisted and independent living, and outpatient services.
