Job Description:

We are currently seeking a full-time recruiter for our office located in Van Nuys. The position involves placing ads across various websites, screening/contacting applicants, scheduling interviews, assisting with the on- boarding/training process, and attending career fairs.

 
Position Requirements

Core Requirements:

  1. Very organized
  2. Excellent communication skills in-person, via phone, and via email
  3. Excellent time-management 4.Very receptive to feedback 5.Passion for customer service

6.Available Monday-Friday from 8 AM-5 PM

7*. Willing to drive to career fairs throughout Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties (no exceptions)*

8*. Prior experience as a recruiter and/or human resources department experience(preferred)*

9. Bilingual English/ Spanish Additional Requirements:

  1. Live Scan fingerprint clearance
  2. Reliable vehicle
  1. Valid California driver's license
  2. Valid car insurance
  3. Good driving record Job Type: Full-time
