Description

The Bartender is responsible for providing our guests with prompt and accurate food and beverage service. Providing unmatched service to all guests in every interaction. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Gen 3 Hospitality policies, practices, and procedures.

 
Position Requirements

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

  • Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers.
  • Consistently maintain a well groomed appearance and posture.
  • Maintain dialogue with all guest while upholding a warm, positive and friendly persona at all times.
  • Employee may be asked to assist with promoting and marketing our venue through various social media outlets.
  • Requires strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails
  • Willing to work in a loud environment
  • A minimum of 2-5 years work experience in a high volume beverage or nightclub setting
  • Must possess a valid alcohol awareness care, health card and a Non-Gaming card
  • Requires lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
  • Candidates must be 21 years of age or older
  • The ability to work within a team environment
