All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.   Position Requirements Duties include, but are not limited, to the following: Ensures guests are greeted and seated in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Communicates effectively with guests, both in person and by phone. Assists servers as needed. Cleans tables and other areas as needed. Maintains full knowledge of menu options to be able to offer suggestions to meet the guest’s special requests or dietary needs. Adheres to and complies with both departmental and overall property policies and procedures.
