All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.   Position Requirements Duties include, but are not limited, to the following: Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, pots and pans. Cleans up all trash in kitchens and/or assigned areas. Polishes silverware. Ensure assigned kitchen is prepared to meet anticipated level of business for the day. Must demonstrate knowledge of proper chemical storage. Provides proper support to other departments involved in overall kitchen success. Consistently meet required sanitation standards. Accomplish daily cleaning duties in an efficient and proper manner. Adheres to and complies with both departmental and overall property policies and procedures. Performs additional duties as directed by management. Required: 1 year of cleaning experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred. Ability to speak and read basic English. Physical ability to access all areas of the property. Must be able to work based on business’ demands, weekends and some holidays. Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction, work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to noise, and dust.
