Description

JOB SUMMARY: Hub Prevention Consultant collaborates with team of consultants, school districts, and community services providers to facilitate training, workshops, webinars, assemblies, etc.      

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsibilities: Collaborates with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate training, workshops, webinars, assemblies, etc. Will assist in the programmatic data collection, reporting, continuous quality improvement processes and evaluation of services to target population.

OTHER DUTIES: As assigned by Hub Supervising Prevention Consultant, Hub Assistant Director, and Hub Director

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:  Computer literacy, Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred

SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:  N/A

 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services related field, experience in the provision of prevention related programs. At least three (3) years’ experience working in non-profit, social service environment in development or implementation of community-based services, prevention programs, or any other human service programs. Experience in implementing evidence-based practice models and other materials related to training, coaching according to policies and procedures Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional experience as indicated on a year-for-year basis with thirty (30) semester hour credits being equal to one (1) year of experience. Note: Valid New Jersey driver’s license, safe driving record, and vehicle availability are required.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED: Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services related field or 7 years of related experience.
