Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Engineer will be responsible for providing engineering support in our Midland, TX office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities engineering design, a creative problem-solving mindset, and the ability to successfully work in multi-disciplinary teams. The Facilities Engineer must be willing to drive to our Pecos, TX, operations on a regular basis as well as provide support to our operations near Hobbs, NM. General Responsibilities: Design, execute and manage the installation of wellsite facilities, pipelines electrical distribution and other projects within budgeted cost and schedule constraints Collaborate with the multidiscipline asset team to ensure planned projects align Work with operations to troubleshoot on site oil and gas production facility equipment, provide recommendations and implement changes to future designs in a fast-paced environment Manage additional facilities initiatives such as evaluation of new technology, cost reduction, industry comparisons or evaluation of strategic business development opportunities.
