Today through mergers and acquisitions the COOP today has 15 grain facilities, four agronomy locations, multiple car care centers, four ACE Hardware stores and ownership in a multitude of other ventures throughout Southwest Kansas. We offer 18 million bushels of storage for grains, a grain shuttle loader/unloader and a dry fertilizer with 24,000 tons of capacity. To ensure that the feed mill remains in compliance to all safety and OSHA regulations. Summary of essential job functions: Develop and process feed to specifications for customer order Make feed daily Orders supplies to meet needs of processing including grain and medications Maintains equipment in operating order Safety compliance Assist in Sacking feed for warehouse and delivery Sweeping and cleaning of facility Operate bagger, forklift, two-wheel dolly, freight lifts and man lifts Assist customers All other duties as assigned   Position Requirements Key Competencies: Good verbal and written communication skills Organizational skills Problem analysis and problem solving skills Customer Service Skills Attention to details Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and customers.
