Today through mergers and acquisitions the COOP today has 15 grain facilities, four agronomy locations, multiple car care centers, four ACE Hardware stores and ownership in a multitude of other ventures throughout Southwest Kansas. To ensure the elevator remains in compliance to all safety and OSHA regulations. Lead by example and work cohesively with team members. Summary of essential job functions: This is a hands on position will work side by side with other elevator workers Maintain quality of grain Safety compliance of all elevator workers Maintenance of elevator equipment Grain logistics Load and unload grain trucks Clean the elevator as required by standards Maintain work flow of other elevator workers Assist customers Completion of required safety, OSHA and all other elevator required paperwork All other duties as assigned   Position Requirements Key Competencies:   Good verbal and written communication skills Organizational skills Problem analysis and problem solving skills Good math and calculation skills Customer Service Skills Attention to details Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and customers.   Minimum Requirements: High School degree or GED Must have a valid Kansas Driver’s License Must have Elevator Superintendent experience   Preferred Requirements: 7B Professional certification or must be able to get one within 6 months of employment CDL Class A or B or being willing to get one within first 6 months of employment.   Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 75 pounds Must be able to climb to great heights Must be able to twist, turn.
