Today through mergers and acquisitions the COOP today has 15 grain facilities, four agronomy locations, multiple car care centers, four ACE Hardware stores and ownership in a multitude of other ventures throughout Southwest Kansas. To ensure the warehouse and equipment remain in compliance to all safety and OSHA regulations. Lead by example and work cohesively with team members. Summary of essential job functions: Unload product coming into the warehouse and place it in appropriate location Keep all products neat and orderly, this may include but not limited to restacking and general housekeeping Operate forklift and/or pallet jack Load product on truck for delivery Maintain equipment to working order Answer phones and help customers with orders Assist customers at warehouse location Completion of required safety, OSHA and all other required paperwork All other duties as assigned   Position Requirements Key Competencies: Good verbal and written communication skills Organizational skills Problem analysis and problem solving skills Good math and calculation skills Customer Service Skills Attention to details Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and customers. Minimum Requirements: High School degree or GED Must have a valid Kansas Driver’s License or abililty to get one within 6 months Clean driving record  Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds frequently Must be able to climb in and out of truck frequently Must be able to twist, turn.
