With the belief that all people have the capacity to grow and change, we provide our services to people of all ages, cultures, races, religious preferences, genders, and sexual orientations in order to enhance wellness and recovery, thereby improving families, workplaces, and communities.   Position Receptionist   Description Full-time Receptionist needed in our St. Clairsville and Martins Ferry offices.  The Receptionist is responsible for greeting the customers we serve, scheduling and cancelling appointments utilizing the practice management system and making any necessary additions or changes.  This person is also responsible for screening individuals and calls, directing them to the appropriate source, and receiving/sorting/distributing incoming faxes. The receptionist also answers incoming calls, checks voicemails, and returns calls. Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:30-5:00 (mix between our St. Clairsville and Martins Ferry Offices) Friday, 8-5 (Martins Ferry office) Salary ranges from $13.95 - $16.99 per hour.    Position Requirements High School Diploma or equivilant is required  Previous EMR experience preferred.  As a healthcare provider, Southeast Healthcare is a non-smoking employer.  Staff members are required to be vaccinated for the flu and COVID.  Religious and medical exemptions may be requested during the hiring process.
