Share Email Opening Apply Now Title CXOne Engineer  Description We are looking for a Telecommunications Specialist specifically with experience with CXOne Phone Systems (NICE InContact) to be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of our NICE inContact implementation and maintenance thereof. Special emphasis will be on the configuration, setup of new services and implementation of advanced features on the NICE InContact Contact Centers - Including design, scripting, reports, Interactive Voice Responses (IVR) systems, omnichannel softphones, dashboards and our Automatic call Distributor (ACD). Responsibilities Manage, supervise and provide technical advice on the CXOne System Receive feedback, identify users' needs and requirements and mobilize existing technology to meet their criteria Document plans, requests, activities and specifications and report on them Program features, design networks and systems and allocate resources as necessary Monitor and test systems and peripheral equipment and troubleshoot problems Evaluate systems performance level and improve capabilities as needed Oversee and coordinate telecommunications activities Cooperate with management to develop staff and improve their skills Follow industry's standards and best practices Accountable for documentation of all configurations and, designs Knowledge of building reports including CDR's, productivity, sentiment and dispositions Responsible for cordoning upgrades and patches as needed Integration with time and attendance systems (Namely) Integration with Accounting systems Integration with ERP systems (Netsuite) Responsible for all dashboards, reporting and helping improve analytics   Hiring Manager(s)   This position is currently accepting applications.
