If so, we want you on our team at T2! We are looking for full-time Inside Sales Representatives who can act as a critical contact point between potential customers and our business practices. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with cross-functional internal teams, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Prerequisites for employment will be a clear Background Check and Medicare Fraud Check.
Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
- Develop sales opportunities by researching, prospecting and identifying potential accounts
- Work with marketing department to execute sales strategy and convert leads into customers
- Make outbound calls and e-mail outreach to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Share information about our products and services by following sales scripts
- Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Closing sales and leadingcustomerthrough the purchasing process
- Record calls through a computerized system
- Perform customized targeted sales strategies
- Meet quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls
- Other various sales and marketing related tasks when required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years sales or customer service experience a plus.
- Energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ableto work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM a plus
- Pass a background check and drug test.
