Position Medical Records Clerk  
Description

The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for ensuring medical records are completed and meet organizational standards through use of an electronic health record. The clerk scans and files all medical documents, processes Releases of Information, and maintains PHI. 

 

 
Position Requirements

Must have computer knowledge and familiarity with HIPAA standards.  

HS diploma/GED required.
