The Head of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for developing and scaling our channel partnerships to expand our industry footprint, identify and build a vetted subcontractor program, as well as identify potential targets for M&A. This will include establishing strategic partnerships, building a scalable channel program, creating internal processes and documents, and acting as the primary communication point between NetSPI, partners and investments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cybersecurity industry, the Channel ecosystem, and experience sourcing investments all the way from leads to Post Merger Integration.

This is a critical sales leadership role that will be reporting to the SVP of Sales and require a high sense of urgency, competitive spirit, and drive to succeed. This role will work in a strategic manner with our executive team. The ideal candidate will require excellent communication skills, executive presentation skills, and experience building out similar programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop channel strategy
    • Implement partner portal, and create internal partner documents and processes
  • Lead M&A efforts
    • Manage the due diligence process for potential acquisition targets from both technology and an operational viewpoint
  • Create a vetted subcontractor program
    • Identify and grow new and existing subcontractor relationships. Create this network into a scalable and trusted partner ecosystem
  • Educate our partners on Penetration Testing as a Service offerings and NetSPI’s full portfolio of offerings
  • Establish and own reporting on partnership and corporate development goals, metrics and KPIs
  • Manage partner pipelines and work with partner sales teams to cultivate new sales deals
  • Train and enable partner sales and product specialists on NetSPI’s products and services
  • Work closely across all NetSPI’s internal teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience developing and leading channel and partner relationships
  • Experience collaborating with top level executives
  • Familiarity with transaction execution processes
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in enabling and increasing Partner revenue
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security industry highly preferred
  • Ability to manage complex relationships
