Role Summary: Lead an existing team of Business Development Representatives focused on outbound prospecting. Target audiences include: Media Agencies for CPGs, Brand Direct CPGs, State Lotteries, Alcohol & Spirits and Grocery Retailers. This role reports to the SVP of Sales and dotted line responsibilities to Marketing. You will own: Processes associated with prospecting Territory / Account Assignments and plans for growth Managing existing team of 6 individuals Interviewing, Hiring additional team members Meeting, Exceeding monthly, quarterly, annual quotas for quality meetings scheduled   Position Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, sales or marketing A minimum of 2 years experience managing a team of B2B outbound prospectors.
