NetSPI is looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Managing Director to serve our prestigious clients; a person that will hold a key leadership role to generate new business, create impacts and grow existing business, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and support a dynamic team. Working in close partnership with clients and internal leadership, the MD will manage an assigned portfolio of business and provide leadership and support to our multi-located teams. The ideal candidate has built high performing teams and grown accounts before, contributing to the business vision and then seeing it through to day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong client relationships and expand our contacts within the client organization
  • Ensure the highest quality of service, and solicit and act on client feedback to continually improve
  • Identify new opportunities to grow the engagement and lead new business opportunities
  • Manage account profitability, overseeing scoping, SOW negotiation, resourcing and delivery
  • Build, manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagements and teams while maintaining active communication with clients to manage expectations and exceed client satisfaction
  • Lead, participate in and contribute to market and business development activities external to the company; including identifying and pursuing new potential client service opportunities
  • Play a key role in expanding our cybersecurity practice by providing excellent client facing service consulting services
  • Work with clients in all industries to effectively and efficiently raise their cybersecurity posture
  • Contribute to the growth, experience, and institutional knowledge of NetSPI team members
  • Provide key contributions in thought leadership efforts through writing and speaking engagements
  • Create and manage new deal flow and originate new client engagements that fit NetSPI's strategy
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential corporate partners
  • Assist in all steps of the transaction process

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
  • A minimum of 10 years of work experience, with experience in cybersecurity required
  • Self-motivated with ability to drive projects and initiatives
