Great opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer service! The Patient Concierge is an important line of contact with our patients, ensuring patient satisfaction and and confirming we have provided an excellent patient experience. A Patient Concierge must also be able to effectively handle complaints to ensure questions and issues are resolved both promptly and accurately by efficiently gathering information, assessing and fulfilling the caller’s needs.   Position Requirements Job Responsibilities: Responsible for providing outstanding service and maintaining strong professional relationships with patients via telephone Collect customers' feedback from on/off line channels on a daily basis and enter feedback into our database and update it accordingly. Courteously and promptly resolves patient concerns or refer to appropriate personnel Monitor customers' feedback/inquiries from on/off line channels and follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to quires, and solve problems Performs miscellaneous maintenance duties as required Job Requirements: Possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, high volume work environment Must be willing to learn/work under pressure Must have a pleasant, cheerful phone voice Must be well spoke and able to speak clearly Proficient in Windows/Microsoft Office Highly accurate and detail oriented with strong organization skills Bilingual is a plus but not required: Spanish   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Tags   Benefits   This position is currently accepting applications.
