The ideal candidate will have a passion mentoring nursing students combined with strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Instruction: Provide hands-on instruction and supervision to nursing students in clinical settings. Patient Care: Demonstrate and maintain high standards of patient care and safety, serving as a role model for students. Collaboration: Work closely with academic faculty, clinical staff, and administration. Professional Development: Stay current with nursing best practices, educational methodologies, and clinical advancements. Mentorship: Offer guidance, support, and career advice to nursing students to foster their professional growth and development.   Position Requirements Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Licensure: Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CA. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) preferred. Skills: Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively teach and mentor students with diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and time management skills.
