Select, train, schedule, monitor, evaluate, and supervise front office employees at Makena and Temecula 2. Oversee scheduling of front office and Technologists at Makena and Temecula. Make changes to schedule as needed to ensure efficient coverage at both sites. 3. Oversee Patient Insurance verification and authorizations- we would provide this service in-house to assist referring physicians 4. Oversee all non-insurance billing (lien brokers, bill to doctor, medical research) 5. Oversee relationship with providing doctors 6. Oversee patient relations/services. Ensures even patient flow and ensure appropriate action for problem resolution. 7. Maintain required licenses, registrations, and certifications in an active/current status. 8.
