Work Location: 1500 N Priest Dr, 1520 N Priest Dr, 1230 W Washington St, 1250 W Washinton St  Tempe  (Do not apply on site)    Work Hours: M-F 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (4 hour shift/20 hours weekly). This position is a temporary part time, it will eventually become full time (8 hr shift/40hrs weekly). Pay Rate: $12.15 - depending on experience  Duties: General Janitorial and Custodian duties daily. Must have attention to detail and enjoy cleaning. Sweeping, Mopping, Buffing, Dusting, Vacuuming, Cleaning Drains, Descaling, Spot Removal, Windows, Doors/Hinges, Wiping, Emptying Garbage, Ability to Patrol Areas and Identify and Report Maintenance Issues, Additional Tasks as Assigned, etc.   Position Requirements Special Requirements: -Must be able to pass Background checks -Must be reliable and be punctual -Must have reliable transportation -Must pass a E-Verify   Qualifications: Ability to physically accomplish cleaning tasks A willingness to learn and collaborate A positive attitude and a desire to help A desire for a temporary parttime position (20 hours/week), that it will eventually become a full time position (40hours/weekly)   Preferred: Must be able to speak, write and read English (chemicals) Previous cleaning experience   Shift Days   This position is currently not accepting applications.
