This position reports to the Director, Employee Benefit Services of HBS and is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the client relationship for the purpose of business retention, revenue growth, and overall client satisfaction. Key aspects of the position include: Provide excellent, high-touch services to existing benefits clients Negotiate small and large group plan renewals and identify new sources of revenue opportunities Client engagement and education in design, funding, and administration options for benefits plans Act as liaison between our clients and insurance carriers/vendors Our Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is motivated, enthusiastic and has exceptional interpersonal and long term relationship building skills.
